Udon Noodles

One of the most popular and frequently used noodles in Japanese cuisine is the udon noodle. Udon noodles are traditionally served in a hot broth, but can also be served stir-fried or on its own, topped with a savory sauce. Other Asian recipes include a cold Udon Noodle salad, served with fresh noodles, egg omelette slices, chicken, and fresh vegetables.
