Wonton Noodles

Mandarin Noodle’s wonton noodles are made from the same traditional Asian recipe used in our wonton wrappers, which is an egg and wheat dough base. These wonton noodles are thinner than other Asian noodle varieties, with a wonderfully springy texture that makes them excellent in soups. When deep-fried, wonton noodles create a crispy nest-like base in traditional noodle stir-fries.
